| 1 | It is compulsory for all students to stay in the hostel during the training period. |
| 2 | Rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Students are responsible for any loss or damage to furniture or fixtures, and fines will be imposed accordingly. |
| 3 | Proper locks must be used for cupboards and personal storage. Jewellery and expensive items are not permitted; the institution will not be responsible for any loss or theft. |
| 4 | Wastage of water and electricity will lead to strict disciplinary action. |
| 5 | Students must maintain proper dress code while visiting the hostel premises or canteen. |
| 6 | In case of illness, students must immediately report to the Principal or Hostel Warden. |
| 7 | Use of electrical cooking or heating appliances in hostel rooms is strictly prohibited. |
| 8 | Visitors are not allowed inside students’ rooms under any circumstances. |
| 9 | Visitors are permitted only on Sundays and holidays between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. |
| 10 | Students are allowed to go बाहर (outside) only on Sundays/holidays between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM after proper entry in the outing register. |
| 11 | In cases of serious misconduct, a student may be expelled from the institution. Fees once paid will not be refunded. |
| 12 | The management reserves the right to modify rules and regulations at any time. |
| 13 | Hostel rules will be binding on all residents from the date and time of room allotment. |
